PROCESSING TIME

We strive to offer same or next-day shipping on all orders. If your desired item is not in stock, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. This time allows us to create, pack, and ship your item.

DELIVERY TIME

Most orders are delivered within 2 weeks after processing.

DELAYS

We offer 45-day order protection. If you don’t receive your order within 45 days of it being shipped, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement item of the same model. Delays are rare and mainly caused by customs. We appreciate your patience and understanding should this occur.

RETURN

If you are not satisfied with your item, please return it in the original packaging with all tags attached within 30 days. Goods must be returned with carriage paid. The purchase price will be refunded using the same method as the original payment. Postage and packaging costs will not be refunded.

If your item is faulty or we have sent you an incorrect item, please return it within 30 days, and we will provide a full refund or replacement, including postage and packaging costs.
